Start a project conversation
Tell us about the land first. Five questions about the project, then who you are. No account, no upload.
Before we talk about price, we talk about the project
Dale looks at every inquiry himself. If you own the land, he will walk it with you before there is any agreement in place, and tell you plainly what he sees: the drainage, the utilities, the orientation, what it will cost you later that nobody mentions now.
Sometimes that conversation ends with a project. Sometimes it ends with him telling you the lot is wrong, or that another builder is a better fit for what you have in mind. Both are useful answers, and both are free.
We run a small number of projects at a time so that the person you meet first is the person on your job through to the punch walk at the end.
What he tells you about a piece of land is a builder’s opinion, not a survey, engineering, environmental, valuation, title or legal opinion.
